Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Policy Overview

At Enhancia, we believe in providing excellent service.Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both users and our business. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. Refund Eligibility

Eligible for Refund

  • Subscription charged in error(duplicate charges)
  • Service was unavailable for extended period(24 + hours)
  • Credit package purchase within 7 days with less than 10 % usage
  • Unauthorized charges or fraudulent activity
  • Technical issues preventing service usage

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Services already rendered and images enhanced
  • Credits already used(more than 10 % consumed)
  • Subscriptions that have been active for more than three(3) days from the initial purchase date, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
  • User dissatisfaction with enhancement quality
  • Voluntary subscription upgrades
  • Refund requests submitted more than thirty(30) days after the original transaction date, except where statutory rights apply.

3. Refund Process

How to Request a Refund

  1. Log in to your Enhancia account
  2. Go to Settings → Billing & Payments
  3. Click "Request Refund" next to the transaction
  4. Provide reason and supporting details
  5. Submit the refund request

Processing Timeline

  • Initial Review: 2-3 business days
  • Approval / Denial: 5-7 business days
  • Processing Refund: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Total Timeline: 10-15 business days
  • Credit card refunds may take up to 5 - 10 business days to appear

Refund Method

  • Refunds processed to original payment method
  • Credit account transactions refunded as account credits
  • No refunds to third - party accounts
  • Refund amount equals original charge minus service fees

4. Subscription Cancellation

How to Cancel

  1. Log in to your Enhancia account
  2. Navigate to Settings → Billing & Subscription
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Select cancellation reason(optional)
  5. Confirm cancellation

Cancellation Terms

  • Cancellation is effective immediately
  • Access revoked at end of current billing cycle
  • No refund for unused portion of current month
  • Remaining credits expire upon cancellation
  • Can reactivate subscription at any time

Auto - Renewal

  • Subscriptions auto - renew on billing date unless cancelled
  • Renewal charge occurs 24 hours before renewal
  • You can cancel anytime before renewal
  • Cancellation takes effect immediately

5. Free Trial Policy

Trial Terms

  • Free trial includes 10 credits for testing
  • No credit card required for trial signup
  • The free trial lasts three(3) days from the date of account creation.
  • Trial credits expire three(3) days after account creation if not converted to a paid plan
  • One free trial per email address

Trial to Paid Conversion

  • No automatic charge at trial end
  • Choose plan and enter payment info to convert
  • First charge occurs when you upgrade
  • Remaining trial credits apply to first charge
  • You can cancel anytime before conversion

Trial Refund

  • Free trial has no refund policy(it's free)
  • If charged during trial in error, refund applies immediately
  • Report unauthorised charges to billing@enhancia.ai

6. Credit Expiration

  • Purchased credits do not expire while subscription is active
  • Credits expire immediately after account cancellation
  • Promotional credits expire per promotion terms
  • Trial credits expire 3 days after account creation

7. Chargeback Policy

  • A chargeback may result in temporary suspension of the associated account while the dispute is investigated
  • We reserve right to pursue legal action
  • Administrative costs of AUD $25 may be applied where permitted by applicable law
  • May result in permanent account termination
  • Contact us first - most disputes can be resolved quickly

8. Price Adjustments

  • Price changes apply to renewals, not current subscriptions
  • We provide 30 days notice of price changes
  • You can cancel before price change takes effect
  • Sales and promotions are time - limited
  • Previous prices cannot be grandfathered
